1. Platform Overview

Greenwealth is a digital agribusiness platform that offers two core services:

1. Farming Project Participation – Individuals can support pre-agreed agricultural projects managed by Greenwealth and receive a fixed share of the outcome.

2. E-Commerce Product Sales – Customers can buy real farm products from Greenwealth-partnered farmers or directly from project outputs via the online store.

By using this platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Nature of Participation (Non-Investment)

Greenwealth does not offer investment services or financial securities. Participation in farm projects is a pre-agreed profit-sharing arrangement, not a regulated financial investment. Participants receive a fixed return percentage based on project performance.

All contributions are voluntary, and Greenwealth does not guarantee profits. You acknowledge that your participation is project-based and not equivalent to stock, bond, or crypto investment.

3. Project Participation Terms

Each project details a return percentage, capital back policy, and duration.

Participation returns are paid only after the project maturity date.
Greenwealth controls project funds, hires farmers, and oversees execution.
Contributors have no direct relationship with the farmers.
Project outcomes may vary due to agricultural risks.

4. Return Risk Disclosure

Participation in farm projects involves natural risks including crop failure, weather events, or market loss. While Greenwealth strives for successful execution, we do not guarantee profitability or timing of returns.

Agriculture carries natural risks including weather, disease, and market fluctuation. While we aim for successful project delivery, users acknowledge these risks and agree that returns may vary or, in rare cases, be delayed.

Product Purchases (E-Commerce)

Greenwealth also offers farm products for sale through its online store. These include:

Produce from Greenwealth-managed projects
Products from verified local farmers and suppliers

All product pricing is shown in USD by default, with UGX available for Ugandan users. Orders are subject to availability, location-based delivery limitations, and local logistics.

6. Payments and Refunds

Payments for both project participation and product purchases are handled securely via integrated payment gateways.

Contributors and buyers must ensure all payment details are correct.
Product refunds or returns follow our [Product Return Policy].
Project contributions are non-refundable once a project has started.

7. User Accounts and Conduct

Users agree to:

Provide accurate and verifiable information
Not create multiple accounts or misuse referral systems
Respect the intellectual property of Greenwealth

Accounts may be suspended for abuse, fraud, or system manipulation.

8. Referral Program

Greenwealth offers a 3-level referral commission structure:

6% for Level 1
3% for Level 2
1% for Level 3

Commissions are only paid on successful project participations. Fraudulent referrals will be reversed and may lead to account termination.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

We respect your privacy. User data is collected only for service delivery and platform management. For full details, see our [Privacy Policy].

10. Limitation of Liability

Greenwealth is not liable for:

Agricultural losses beyond our control
Delays in project execution due to force majeure
Losses incurred from incorrect user information

11. Legal Jurisdiction

Greenwealth operates under the laws of Uganda, where projects are executed. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or local courts.

12. Modifications

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the latest version.
